Up Scholarship — Problem in form

Sir i am kaustubh kumar . I have submitted my scholarship form correctly and it is showing problem in high school roll no. and i didn't studied from up board . My cbse high school roll no. Is filled correctly. What to do sir now ???. Let me know sir
