Up Scholarship — Scholarship not credited

Sir,
I am student o[censored]P DELED 2019. My scholarship is verified on 22/03/2021 by dwo office but current status is *Blocked due to Obtain Percentage Less Then 33% filled by Student or institute* but i have completed all college formality also I got 91% marks in my deled 2nd semester. Also I mentioned everything correctly and in knowledge
please sir try to resolve it..I shall be highly thankful to you for this.
