Up Scholarship — Scholarship status shows data doesn't match

Sir,
I have not received my scholarship yet and the status is showing that my High school/Inter roll number and marks are not matched with up board database but I have checked all of my information is correct .

This happens with me in first year too and I didn't got my scholarship in first year.
Last year I got my scholarship and this year same happening please resolve my problem sir.
