सर मैंने एक मोबाइल लिया और उसका सिस्का gagget सिक्योर से इन्शुरन्स कराया था और जब वो मोबाइल damege हो गया तो कंपनी वाले कह रहे हैं कि आपकी aplication फॉरवर्ड नहीं की जा सकती क्योंकि आपकी बतायी हुई बातें मैच नहीं हो रही है।jabki मैंने दोनों बातें सही रिकॉर्ड करायी थी ।कंपनी क्लेम देने से बचना चाहती है।कृपया सही कदम उठाने की सलाह दे ।
