Maine 27 sep ko hometown pr online payment kr tv unit ka order place kia tha.
12 oct ko product deliver hona tha.
Maine 15, 17 & 20 oct ko iske regard toll free no pe cal kia n vha meri complaint register kr li gyi n bola gya ki product available ni h or within 24 hours mujhe vha se cal ayega. But till today i hvnt recd any cal.
Maine order cancel ka bola to online mail submit krne ko kaha. Mai 3 mail kr chuki hu but uska b koi reply ni h.
Mai apna order cancel krke paid amount vps chahti hu.

Updated by Sa@1234 My complaint against hometown is not resolved. I havent recd any cal, mail or sms till today against cancellation of my order and how and when hometown refunded my paid amount.
