Upbhokta Suvidha Kendra — I am complaining for the product of O3+ Brighten up kit

I have purchased O3+ brighten up kit from their sale service center, details shown on their website, received courier from them the all conversation m attaching with this done my mail with them, i want refund my money as the product is harmful for my skin i will also attached photographs to show the same. the mail id's & name are- Priti Singh [protected]@askpriti.com, vidur- [protected]@o3plus.com, [protected]@o3plus.com, they knows very well that kit is harmful for skin they have mentioned in the mail also that they want to add sth more in the kit so that it would not be harmful for any one, even that they are not taking back their kit, which is useless to me i want my money back, their contact nos. are - [protected]- Ms. Diksha-a sales girl, [protected]- Ms. Rebecca (Asstt. of Priti Singh), [protected]- Deepank (field boy may be)please refer to the below conversation held by mail

thanks for the reply but i have asked one more question anyways could you please guide me about o3+ brighten up kit that after using this kit on daily basis it will work on the place of day cream also no need for any other cream at day time.

i am sending photos of effected face area, i want to claim for that kit want my money back and also want solution kit my skin got issues, i just want to more brighten up my skin but my face is now more is in bad condition what to do. should i sent any mail or letter OR you are providing me any solution kit.

I want give back to this kit as still i have itching on my face even i am not using this kit from many days as we discussed to stop using, i really don't want to use it again.
