UPI — payment not received .

I carried out upi transaction number axi900*346 using app on 19 june 2018 at 14:10 hrs. A transaction failed status was recieved. Money deducted from savings account not credited to benficiary. Have been running around for the last 8 days - no avail. Beneficiary says transaction failed. Union bank says money wait 5 more days please advise...

I paid electricity bill via paytm using UPI...The transaction failed but money was deducted from my savings account.I want my refund as soon as possible.

First I used UPI and added money to my Paytm wallet and used it to book a ticket from MAS Chennai to Calicut
My money has been debited and IRCTC page showed your bank has rejected the payment. And I lost my money. I need my refund ASAP
