            Payment done to wrong UPI ID on 03 Sep 2022 and amount was 17900 which is not a small amount. I visited branch on same day but they are not responding satisfied answer and I am confuse what to do. this amount is very much important as middle class employee. there are EMIs in next few days and I am sort of money.             The amount transferred to the wrong account to SAHIL GUPTA instead of SAIHIL SINGLA, the case reported to HDFC BANK And Indian bank on the same day, debit freeze applied to CR account in pakhowal road branch, the account is inoperative for more then 3 years and customer is not traceable as per Indian bank, due to which they have expressed in the ability to return funds to source indemnity bond already provided to the branch by the HDFC bank.

              On 28 April at 04:05 PM from my account debited 1099 rs by phone number through Paytm, I visited own bank and 2nd person bank also UPI
              but everyone ignored
              My bank asked account number of her account but I have only transection reciept
              I am a student and my financial background is poor, I have requested with you to help me for amount return my account

                  केंद्रीय विद्यालय की 2400 रुपये फीस अमेज़ॉन पे के BHIM UPI से भरी लेकिन पैसे कट गये और फीस जमा नही हुई। फिर दोबारा पैमेंट किया तो फीस जमा हो गयी हो गया।। अब मेरे जो पहले के 2400 रुपये जमा थे वो वाफिश नही आये।

                        With due respect I would like to inform you that on 27/7/2021 I have transferred an amount of Rs 1000/- to my Indian Bank sb ac maintained at Ghoramora Branch using PAYTM UPI from my AGVB ac. Amount was debited by PAYTM but yet not credited to my account no. My UPI reference number is[protected]. For last two days my transaction was pending yesterday they updated my transaction status as failed. But till now I have not recei any refund. While I am inquiring about the transaction one time they said my transaction was unsuccessful next time they said my transaction was successful. I also lodge a complain in the issuing bank but till now I have not received any refund. I am feeling helpless because though PAYTM endure that my money was safe but now they are not helping me at all and doing nothing they told me that they can't do anything about it. So now I feel that I have lost my money only because o[censored]sing PAYTM for my payment. I am very disappointed.
                        Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest so that I can get my money back.

                                The above message came to me while I was making my online payment through Amazon Pay and now Zomato says the payment has been failed and I will get my refund also but it's been already five working days are over and till now my account has not been credited back.                                     Let me Describe the incident, is taken place on 26/10/2020 when I want to register for the Gem OEM registration from government website name Gem, as what now every fraud companies are doing, as they created the clone of the government website and same to same registration procedure and pictures they uploaded that no one able to recognize whether that a original website or fake one, after the registration they collect the registration fees through the razorpay, accordingly I pay the fees and nothing registered then I realized that the site is fake and complained to my bank, UPI PORTAL AND EVEN THO RAZORPAY BUT no one resolve the issue and my money was also not refunded till now, the main reason for fraud is due to partnership between rozorpay and fraud company name IKIGAI management support, this company is in Mumbai and they cheating the customers from long time. Not even me there are many more.. Request you to please look after the matter seriously

                                      I made a transaction through amazon pay upi of rs 2000 on 31th aug 2020. Transaction showing pending but amount was deducted. And not refunded till today. Even i don't know the status of the money, i tried to contact to amzon pay upi app but they are not helping me, my transaction id :[protected] paid from: icici bank *48. Bank refrence id:[protected]. Please solve issue as soon as possible.
