UPI — Transaction

I did a transaction last night to account number[protected] dbs bank cannaught place
Of rs 10000 using bhim upi app

But it seems that the transaction has failed and the amount rs 10000 has been deducted from my account
It shows the status that "the transaction is pending"

I would like to have actions taken on this matter and get my refund
