UPI — unhold my account

My sbi account is hold when i go to complain about my account, then bank told me that your account was helden by upi we couldn't do anything for u, i[censored]pi is unhold ur account then u can transaction i have also upi id through which my account was hold-[protected]/53. Plz i humbly request to upi that unhold my account as soon as possible otherwise i am pushing in a big problem which is i losses my balance money. Plz
