I had requested to close my demat account (all other related to upstox) they asked me to send demat closure form and asked to transfer the left negative ammount which i did till 27th july . So all done from my side, now they delayed the process and after some time the negative balance again increased and they again asked me to pay that.. (No one even reply on the emails even after multiple follow ups). Why should i pay that amount which is generated by their delayed process. Now again i have paid the amount but now they are asking me to send the closure form again.. i mean why?? During this process the amount will again go in negative and they will ask for that again, may be in future they will again ask for closire form.. its been more than 3 months they are not closing my account.
