I've been attempting to get back my funds from this site for several months, but I've been encountering errors. I strongly advise against depositing your money on this site. I was able to recover my money thanks to Durafox Tech, I came across their services via Google, and they assisted me in regaining access to all my funds.

I'm trying to close this account from long back but unable to close so I have raised request frequently but Upstox are denying to close it and charging me every month.

I invested 3lahks without receiving my percentage as promised by upstox. I couldn't have got a dime from upstox without the help of traderstechrec overy. com . They help me fight my case and it was successful

I lost my $15, 000 to this scam companies but thanks to Traderecoveryasset . 0r g " for helping get back my stolen money . i was happy i got my refund back.

I've opened a upstox account by mistake last year and i didn't done any trading or anything in that account.
So now i am worried that, they will charge me any money because I've accidentally opened that account and while googling i saw that they will charge me annual maintenance charges just for opening the account.
It was just a mistake that i had opened that account and i don't have anything to do with it and now i am afraid one day they will charge money one me and take money from my bank account.
Please help me

Dear Sir, I place order today with gtt function available on upstox for bank nifty 35100 put at 300 with target amount of 421.85 and stop loss of 263. consequently after hitting SL it went down to 175 but my stop loss order did not filled. Consequently I have to lower my SL to 180 and filed my order at 180. Which resulted me for huge loss. My concern is that If buyers not available at 263 then why don't they fill order at nearby amount below my SL. which can narrow down my losses. I have raised numbers of complaints to them regarding same from the last two months. But they are not taking any action against this function. Please help me as my budget loss was around 2000 RS and I have to bear 6000 RS loss due to this service.

I trade with UPSTOX.

If I place an order with stop loss, it never gets triggered.

So one has to keep watch on trade, to avoid more loss.

Talked to them, in vain.

The Staff do not understand the complaint itself. and then copy paste the irrelevant matter.

They charged me around 2700 for 3 months and zerodha charged 660 for complete year, totally fraud and worst part is zerodha gives CREDit right away this ### do not

I took mutual fund from upstock and after buying i spoke with online help agent and he said all is done
After a month i found my sip is not active
Post this i spoke to 5-6 different agents spending my life precious 4 hours:
Agent hired - don't know what is stock market
They don't know English
They don't understand English
No matter how many time you speak to an agent next time u will need to explain all over again
No convesation history saved
No manager available to address complaints

Every Friday we are facing funds related issue. If we did tradings on Friday those funds without settlement, they said we are already settled. Friday afternoon closing balance amount and Saturday morning balance amount same with out adding profits.

From last month I am trying to redeem my funds invested in a single mutual fund company through upstox. But every time the page shows a never ending loading process, stating “awaiting status " . Till now i have lost 5000 rupees due to their negligence, also i have called their customer care executive but nothing happened and my funds are still stuck .

I applied to open an account on 28th October 2021. It's 3 days now, my account has not yet been created. I kept getting a signature mismatch error despite reuploading my signature 4 times (please check attachment). I would like to be refunded the account opening fee of Rs. 293.82 as soon as possible....

I'm making a demat account in Upstox. Registration process done, payment process done but verification process not done yet.. it's taking lots of time. I'm trying continuously from past 3 - 4 days.i sent them a mail But they don't even contact me. I want my money back 293 Rs. Thank you

I am not purchase single share. Still My holding reflect some share. Now whenever i try for closure then notification generate for account balance should be zero . please help for closure of demat account on urgent basis

I was on the way to open my trading account with upstox...they took the account opening charges which was about 499 rupees..after that I proceed with the next formalities each and every time I do all the the steps correctly but they reject my application during verification...and never give the reasons for that..it's been 15 days they are not replying any of my grievances mail also... pathetic service and costumer service..so I don't want to continue with upstox and want my money back.

I am not able to sell my equity shares from yesterday. There is some api issue from upstox as I got notification.

It has been more than 2 months since I sold digital gold on upstox but they have not credited money to my bank account. I tried many times to contact them but didn't get proper response.

Mismatching funds

(ucc:DM4579) with Upstox, I have requested upstox 2-3 times to close my account and stop charging me AMC. I have raised my request to close this account but they didn't have any closure procedure. I talked to their executive and she was unaware about the closure procedure... There is 7 rupees pending in my account but there is no option (showing error message) to pay my balance. Please close my account by consumer complaint forum

Please don't be sub broker or partner for upstox. as they have all the way to simply avoid paying you any referral fee at all. I opened one as being partner and referred few of my links to open an account. I was surprised that no customers were added in my account and felt some kind of wrong there. So opened one of my friends account by sel[censored]sing the referral link and the same, no incentive. Then when I try to call their customer care, which I came to know not even existed. And then send an what's app message to said RM. upon talking to him later, he said, as the number was in their database entered some 3 months back. So me being pursuing that client to open account is worthless. So if some one look for an item at one shop but other shop gives good offer and feedback and sold the item, the fee should be paid to 2nd shop who sold it but to 1st shop where the item was just checked.

I have raised my request to close this account but they didn't have any closure procedure. I talked to their executive and she was unaware about the closure procedure. Why the account is being charged and why I need to pay AMC charges for the service I am not using?

Every time I raise ticket for my account closure they close the ticket without doing anything.

Yesterday date 3 july 2021 ihave 4500 fund in my demate account ...and after i mutual fund on SIP ...after its deducted 1000 from my demate account funds...then clear balance is 3500...but today 4 jul 2021 i check my demate account funds its show 2500...means 1000 fund is missing...so please help regarding this issue.

Yesterday, total funds in my account was 51k but today before trading only 19k was there in my account. The funds around 35k just disappeared from my account. Even though I raised ticket, the upstox customer service has not responded.

I have invested in NFO through upstox but since 2 weeks I am not able to see my investment when I tried to contact customer service they asked me to raise a ticket..I have raised 10 tickets still i haven't got any solution...I tried to call customer service number but no body picked..this company is Fraud please help me in getting my investment back

My account was inactive and they sent mail to me that i can refer people
and earn, no
when i opened my uptox account
putting ucc id and password
it opened, also i am able to refer, which i did by giving two friends, but the referal are not added to my account, asking them they say your account is closed and we will not give you the referal banefits,
if my account is closed than why the hell upstox ucc id and password is working,
and why am i getting mails for referal
and the person i gave them as referal
they sent me mail for that for joining to upstox, my concern is that if my account is reactive than i want these two of my referal to add into my account, or they should completily close the account with the upstox app itself,
they are are giving false mails to
customers to refer and earn
this is pur fraud
they charged 293 from my each referal
i would want to file a case.

I have raised ticket in Upstox regarding my issue but no one contact me for the resolution I also call in upstox customers care no but still my issues is Not resolved .
No response from upstox side on call on mail only false information provide on call

The recent request that I have made with upstox has ticket number #3600315.
Every time I raise ticket for my account closure they close the ticket without doing anything.

ID 922214 Amit solanki, they dormant my commodities account on 1st june2021. i sent them mail with document on 3rjune2021 with ticket no.3557389, then ticket no.3583649, 3605200, 3610058, 3612393, 3614699, 3620541, 3620555, 3620574. i have raised tickets no. of times . but they are giving fallse statement . my money stuck in my commodities account. i see no solution. they are doing work from home and making false statement
