Upstox — Fund issue and not giving proper response

I Tejas hold a demat account I was trying to add fund but was not able to add from pass 1 mount so I tried out to do RTGS and did a payment In there app they show that IF WE DO RTGS AMOUNT WILL BE DEPOSITED IN 30MINS NOW ITS BEEN AROUND 10DAYS I have still not received the payment in my account I had issued complaint many time but they use to have a same message that bue to lockdown they will slove the problem soon
