Upstox — loss due to server issue

This is deepak kamoji and my id is 132019.

I brought 400 qty of banknifty 25600 ce 11jan18 at 57.89 and palced the sell order when it was 74 and finally sold at 31.28. But due to your server issue the same was not accepted. And also bharatiairtel 1 lot was sold at 7.35 when the same to be sold at 8.05.

Banknifty loss of rs.17088/- (I. E. 74-31.28) x400)
Bhartiairtel loss of rs 1190/- (I. E. 8.05-7.35) x1700)

Kindly resolve the issue asap. Hope the amount will be refunded immediately.
