Upstox — Not able to redeem my funds

From last month I am trying to redeem my funds invested in a single mutual fund company through upstox. But every time the page shows a never ending loading process, stating “awaiting status " . Till now i have lost 5000 rupees due to their negligence, also i have called their customer care executive but nothing happened and my funds are still stuck .

I wanted to redeemed my mutual fund but after countless request and providing every detail these guys seems careless and just because of that I have lost 15k as my AMC has given the expiry period of 17th December which is passed now I m feeling cheated
