Upstox — Worst customer service

I had opened my account with upstox because I wanted to invest in some stocks but I was not able to because I wasn't able to add funds in the demat account because of some technical glitch in upstox app.
I raised ticket several times but the support team haven't solved my problem at all instead they charge AMC and started asking me to make payment towards the same. Due to which I requested them to close my account and paid the AMC (without using the App). It has been almost 4 months, and still they didn't process the account closure request. The support team has no knowledge about their process itself. When I asked them first time about online mode of account closure, they said that there is no online mode (infact there is online mode process to close the account, which they said me after 2 months of request). Even after sending all details required for the account closure process they ask same thing again and again without checking the mail's and the attachments sent.
