Upstox — wrong amount deducted

I did not buy lichsgfin shares 10 quantity, but they are visible since last thursday 23/04/2020 in my portfolio, and the amount of these shares have been deducted from my upstox account, i also talked to customer service but they are not helping me.
Please help me get my amount back.
