UPTU — Degree certificate issued having incorrect name

I am Ankita Sharma, completed my B.Tech (Information Technology) from Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology, Sultanpur. (year of passing -2009).
I my issued degree my Name is printed incorrectly as ANKIT SHARMA, however it has to be ANKITA SHARMA.

Can someone please help me with this.
