Upwards — after closure of loan on jan 2020 suddenly i was asked on 10th sept for 8003 rupees and penal charges

After the closure of the loan on jan 2020 suddenly i was asked on 10th sept 2020 for 8003 rupees and penal charges.

After doing so many emails upwards are not responding on the details of the charges.
