I apply personal loan online loan was sanctioned and disbursed on 24/12/2023 but till date loan amount not credited my account and upwards staff not giving satisfactory answer

Hi team,

I had taken loan in feb 2020 for the tenure of 12 months. The first EMI paid was in april 2020 and the last EMI paid was in March 3021. I have paid my loan EMIs (Loan Id 3296170) and NOC has not been issued yet. I am getting emails to pay the EMI for the month of april which i am not supposed to do.

After the closure of the loan on jan 2020 suddenly i was asked on 10th sept 2020 for 8003 rupees and penal charges.

After doing so many emails upwards are not responding on the details of the charges.

I never took a loan from this company named upwards. But inspite of that they are sending continuous payment reminders/sms and phone calls and harrassing torturing for many times and also they have arranged call from a mumbai based cell no.[protected] and threatening me for the payment in abusing bad tamil language. I request you to take proper action for the alleged mental tortures and harrassments made by them immediately

I told them that the number is incorrect and ask them to stop calling and texting.insipte that no good and i keep on receiving ..i want you to take strict action against the company. Take legal action..

This rishi i applied loan fo 25000 it get approved 20000 rupees and i submitted all documents still i didnt get any update after sharing documents i escalated this thing many time but you guys or not responding here not understanding why people are approaching at least they can update weather i can get or not but here also no updating

@here only shows what kind support there giving customers i # this type companies and we need to escalated to consumer complaints that i'am going to do know
