In-addition to money, around 9 months of valuable time is lost. Lot of effort in arranging documents is wasted by presuming all is going well. No documents are returned despite not able to provide any further support.
Events:
I haven't received a re-crafted resume or cover letter. I don't see any strategic marketing either as the interviews scheduled indicate the same.
1. All the interview details are shared through whatsapp (informal) without indicating whether the interview is conducted by an appropriate person in the mentioned company
2. None of the companies match my profile skill set - financial domain with 16+ years of experience
3. Most of the interviews are conducted after UK working hours and only on zoom where companies use Microsoft teams
4. For the last two interviews, it took around 8 months with multiple follow-ups fr...s travelling on that day.
