The entire Urban Visas LLP team is full of fraudulent people. First, their sales representative, Ruksar, will call and lure you into their job scam by promising, “We can get you a job abroad.” They’ll conduct a so-called assessment, charge you ₹3, 000–₹4, 000, and then forward your case to Vishal and Kunal — that’s when their fraud begins.

They start arranging fake interviews with companies that don’t exist on LinkedIn, and you won’t find the interviewers on any job platforms either. In my case, this went on for almost 10 months. Now Vishal and Kunal are giving excuses like “anti-India protests in Europe & AU are making it difficult to find jobs.” If that’s the case, why did you take my money in the first place? or promised a job in the first place?

Whenever I ask for a refund, they either avoid my calls or make new false promises. I’m not sure what my next step should be, so I’m raising a complaint here.

For everyone reading this - please stay away from these fraudulent people and save your time and money! I lost ₹95, 000 to Urban Visas LLP and don’t want anyone else to fall for their scam.

In-addition to money, around 9 months of valuable time is lost. Lot of effort in arranging documents is wasted by presuming all is going well. No documents are returned despite not able to provide any further support.
Events:
I haven't received a re-crafted resume or cover letter. I don't see any strategic marketing either as the interviews scheduled indicate the same.
1. All the interview details are shared through whatsapp (informal) without indicating whether the interview is conducted by an appropriate person in the mentioned company
2. None of the companies match my profile skill set - financial domain with 16+ years of experience
3. Most of the interviews are conducted after UK working hours and only on zoom where companies use Microsoft teams
4. For the last two interviews, it took around 8 months with multiple follow-ups fr...s travelling on that day.
