I’ve ordered 4 products from Urbanic and paid for it. When it reached my destination and out of delivery the delivery boy didn’t even call me and returned my product without my consent. I was waiting for this order for so long and how can this happen? Here I’ve mentioned the tracking number[protected]. And the order ID is[protected]. Kindly do the needful. I had ordered a jeans from Urvenik but the delivery boy at Sagar did not get my address due to which he returned my parcel. But and Urvenik didn't refund me my money till now it's almost a month this is my order id[protected]

Delay in refund of 1082rs.

I ordered a couple of clothing items from Urbanic app on Jan 12, 2022 (Order Id[protected]. The products got delivered in a couple of days. I was not satisfied with the product quality and hence raised the return request for both the ordered items on Jan 15, 2022 and was intimated that the pickup would take place on Jan 16, 2022. I received a single call from pickup agent on Jan 18, 2022 which unfortunately, I missed. I called back the agent 15 mins later and was informed that the pickup would happen the next day. Now, it has been more than 15 days and i have reached out to customer care multiple times, only to be informed that "agents have not been able to reach me after multiple attempts - pickup cancelled - complaint forwarded to appropriate team and would be contacted by pickup agent within 24-48 hours". I have not been contacted by any agent apart from that 1 time. The customer care has failed to fulfil any of their responsibilities and i want refund for the useless products that got delivered to me.

Ordered a dress on 31st January that had fast delivery and was supposed to get it today. But it hasn't even been dispatched yet. The customer care says it's standard delivery and that I'd get it after 10 days. But it showed fast delivery which is why I ordered it in the first place.

I ordered a product on 29 Jan 2022 and the product is still processing it's not even shipped yet. And not only me who is facing this problem. many customers are also experiencing this even after 10-12 days their products also under processing so i hope you can solve this issue quickly so we global customers can have a better experience please 🙏🙏🙏

My urbanic return is not picked up since several days. U received and old used product. Different from the image And us cancelled without any reason. No one shows up or even contacts in order to puck it up. And the customer care always replies the same that it will be picked up within 2-3 days. I have been given manu deadlin and now the return period is about to expire. This is the way urbanic cheats its customers.

I have ordered simplicity pullover sweatshirt from urbanic app on 20 January and paid the money through Google pay but i have ordered in wrong address so i cancelled my order but they haven't returned my money back they said it will be returned within 7 to 10 days but now it's already 11 and they are not even replying my text now please help me ...

I would like to inquire about the status of my refund as I didn't receive it yet although the product has been picked up more than 10 days ago. Product ID of the product is[protected]. Please look into this matter as soon as possible. I have tried contacting customer service representative via app but no response. If this is the case I am not going to order any product from your website

I returned the product on 17th jan 2022 and did not receive the refund yet. My order id is

It's been more than 15 days and I haven't received My refund also there is no customer care no. Or any other information given to me regarding anything related to my refund. It's been a long time.
Kindly give my refund asap. I can't be more patient regarding this

I recieved different products. I was waiting everyday for this order. I was marking on the calendar. I used to ask if any delivery guy shows up nearby are you from urbanic is it for me? And when the products came i was so heartbroken. I have waited all this time for this? I saved 4000₹ borrowed 200₹ and then placed the order and this is what happened. After that i am trying to contact you no response at all! What kind of a behaviour is this?

I had purchased two jeans from urbanic, and the order was delivered on 7 Jan, and I had applied for returning the product. Now the problem is that the product was picked up on 8 Jan, and on app it shows refund processed and it will appear in the bank account within 7-10 days. It has been 20 days as of today, but I haven't recieved the refund.

“[protected]” It’s been 10 days I requested for a return and the item was taken back in less than 24 hours of me requesting for return and now it’s been 10 days I never got any refund for the item, all I receive from the customer support is that my concern is being escalated and that I would get an update in 24 hours and I’ve waited many 24 hours but still no update on my refund and customer service is so poor like I doubt they are Robots, I’m kindly requesting my refund for the item.

The company says mu refunf is processed and will show in my bank account in 7-10 days.Buy my bank account never showed any refund
