Urbanic, u r seriously horrible, it really has come to this that every time I order something from ur site I have to submit a complaint to receive my order
First time I got my order really late
Second time I got my order on time but one of the product was not what I ordered
Now finally the third time, again the same issue
This is getting really out of line
I placed my order on 11th sep
Today is 23rd sep
The updates are stuck on " your items are waiting to be collected from urbanic processing centre"
Tell me what am I supposed to do
No updates only makes a customer irritated and hopeless about their order
I needed to wear one of the product on 27th sep
That's why I made an early order so that I could receive it early but as usual I was wrong
I hope you read this and try to resolve the issue as soon as possible
Please make sure " I get what I have ordered", not any wrong stuff to be delivered!!!
