My order was placed on 21stjuly 2021 and I returned 2 clothes. According to the brand they refund in 7-10 days. I have not received any amount yet. After reminding them multiple times, they always say that it has been initiated but I haven’t received till 29th September 2021

I have ordered from Urbanic 12 days ago and still my order has not been shipped yet they kept saying order is at delhi airport its showing deliver by 3 oct but not even shipped yet how it is possible. I just want my products within this week. Its such a horrible experience....

I have ordered two times from urbanic the order id is[protected] and[protected]. The order is showing under processing from a very long time. Its not even shipped yet. I need my order before 12 october urgently as i have to go out of station. Please make the delivery fast....

I placed an order with them on 31st, 2021. The order is worth INR 12, 000. The products have not been shipped and it's a prepaid order. I have been following with them on emails multiple times. But i only get auto generated emails. They keep telling me there's a delay in delivery but no one is ready to give me an estimated delivery date. I have placed cash on delivery orders from them after that order and they have all been delivered on time....

I have placed an order on 15th of September (id[protected] and haven't received any update yet .it's been 10 days already, after contacting to your support team i got to know it's in Delhi cr....

The return of a jeans I Ordered from Urbanic was picked up on 8 September 2021 but I still have not received the refund and it is 25 September. They have the same response always, that the refund will take 7-10 days but quite obviously it's exceeded that time period!...

My order was placed with Urbanic on 6th September 2021 and was supposed to be delivered before 22nd September 2021. It is 24th September 2021 today and the urbanic customer service keeps saying be patient, your order will be delivered but they are unable to set a date of delivery. The order has been lying at the warehouse in Delhi since 10th September.

I ordered 3 items in 15 th SEP Nd the order is still on processing. Today's 24 th sep. Like wth dude ! When will it ship Nd thn when will it get delivered!!...

Urbanic, u r seriously horrible, it really has come to this that every time I order something from ur site I have to submit a complaint to receive my order
First time I got my order really late
Second time I got my order on time but one of the product was not what I ordered
Now finally the third time, again the same issue
This is getting really out of line

Its my first purchase with urbanic and i have prepaid too
i ordered the product on 9th of September but its still in the processing stage and still not even shipped ive texted with custumer services about the same and the delivery is expected between 21-24 September and today is 22 and it's still not any where near me ...i dont want my first experience with urbanic to be bad its taking too long to even ship the product

I place my order on 14th sept and it was a prepaid order..Right after the day when I knew about their scams and frauds I was keeping communication with their CUSTOMER care service or through social media, emails. But as the days passed, they started ignoring me...not replying properly "copying and pasting the same ###".It's been 8days not even shipped yet.No response no updated.They're not even giving any details.WORST...

I ordered on 9th September, It's already 22nd ans it's not even shipped yet... The above reviews make me even more anxious... If these kind of problem are to be expected please do notify beforehand... I'd rather not order... This was my first prepaid order... Cause other times I shopped I used cod facility and it delivered quick... As this time it's prepaid (to be more precise mum let me use her card)... I thought they'd tend to my order...

I had placed my return for Urbanic clothes within the 10 days of the policy and the delivery guy did not come to pick up, despite repeated calls. Now the return has been cancelled due to no fault of my own. Pls help....

I have ordered around 6-7products from urbanic on 14th september and hoped that they shipped the products on time i.e., 1-3days.It's been 8 days and products are still not shipped.I ordered those products since I'll be going for a vacation.Now I think it is kind of ruined....

I placed an order on 5th September, while it was displaying the order would reach by 20th Sept it's not even shipped yet (as of 19th of Sept) I raised an issue and they said it's taking time due to the pandemic but the thing is it's not even shipped yet! It's my birthday next month and I feel really anxious if it'd reach me before that or not...
