In over 3months i placed orders twice in total of 6 items,
I want those products to be returned as i have the issue regarding the products but still the return pickup is not made.
I have written several mails and chat on urbanic app what I get in the name of solution is only to keep patience and pickup will be done in another 24-48 hrs and they close my ticket however it's been more than 2 months that my pickup is pending and the items are lying at my place.
This is heights of irresponsibility towards their customer.
