Order is not showing in the app and website, no customer care contact found and not reachable...

Did'nt received my payment....

In over 3months i placed orders twice in total of 6 items,
I want those products to be returned as i have the issue regarding the products but still the return pickup is not made.
I have written several mails and chat on urbanic app what I get in the name of solution is only to keep patience and pickup will be done in another 24-48 hrs and they close my ticket however it's been more than 2 months that my pickup is pending and...

I returned back the trench coat on 1st january, 2022 but have yet not got the refund of 1, 672 indian rupees. Every time they send a text that my account is frozen, which is totally false....

I ordered some product giving offer buy one get one free from Urbanic.com but now when I contact to customer support o[censored]rbanic.they are saying that there is no offer available like this.but when I ordered there was clearly mentioned this offer. How can i large company do this type of fraud with us please resolve my query. Thanks...

I complain to them they didn't take any action 40 emails I sent them government not taking action on the e-commerce company...

We have communicated with customer care via email as well as chat many times, they are committed that there was a system issue that's why they have not changed the status from refund processed to awating pickup.

Our Concern :
We have ordered 3 Dresses under this Order ID and 2 Dresses were same as we ordered and One dress (Dress Name - Plus Size Ruffle Slip Dress - 207452 ) was wrong received, which is mentioned here.br...

I bought 6 items from Urbanic.com (long dresses) for my wife. We received only 1 packet which had only 1 item in it (coat) which we didn't order. The invoice inside the packet was also of somebody else's and not ours. I took it up with Urbanic. I placed a return request, pickup guy comes asking for 6 items which I dont have. I have tried reaching out to Urbanic multiple times but never got a fruitful response. I want to return the product...

Hey i order 2 products worth rs 3207 I created the return in 02/01/21 but due to technical from there is got cancelled for no reason... Then the have taken the offline return request for my products it's being more than 15 days they are not creating return.. And they have given 24-48 hrs waiting for so many times...

I had ordered a garment and paid through internet banking but cancelled the order even before they delivered it. Cancelled the order on 23rd Nov, 2020 and today is 3rd December, 2020.
Yet I haven't recieved any refund. This is very careless and misleading for their customers....

This company doesn't have customer care service, just looting customers, no return policy. I bought a blazer on 10 December 2019, wanted to return it, but no response to my mails, very unprofessional.. should band such companies. I ordered a product (Order id[protected] of rs 1000, they sent a defective product, it was torned. I sent them back and asked them for refund, now replied they got my product and will issue refund after quality check. Now so many days have passed, they are now not even replying to my email to issue and neither issuing refund of rs 1000.
