Urbanrise — Urbanrise Revolution One - Cancellation

I have booked plot in urbanrise chennai project Aug 2022 and paid initial amount 50 thousand as one cheque and then 150000 ( one lakh fifty thousand) as a post dated cheque ( another cheque). But due to some emergency reasons, i have cancel my pre-booking and informed the same to the sale person to not to deposit the cheque ( as it is post dated) on 29th Aug 2022. thru whatsApp and his mobile. After sending my cancellation request, cheque was deposited on 5th Sep. when i was check with that sales person, he admitted that mistakenly it was sent for clearing. But asked him to cancel and start the refund, no response from his end. Not sure how long will it take for me to refund the amount, though they agreed its their fault, not ready to initiate the refund process.
its making my mind and health upset.
