We visited their Urban rise revolution one Padur office on 2/2/2024 and made a partial payment of ₹20000 to block 2 studio apartments as persisted by the sales person and his boss, on the assurance that it would be returned if requested. Once we came to know about the company's fraudulent ways and low quality construction, we requested a refund on the 5/2/2024 via e-mail but never even received an acknowledgment for the same.
