I placed on order online for delivery of dairy products before 7am the following day. No goods delivered. When i requested a refund, providing the details of the transaction and my payment, they said they will forward to concerned department. Despite a number of phone calls, the refund hasn't been initiated even after 10 days.
When i went to their store on central jail road, they were rude. I still didn't receive my money.
Their stores is also not well maintained. It is dim-lit, quality of products is very low.
