I placed an order of vegetables on 15th april 2016 and when i received the order most of the vegetables were stale.

I called urdoorstep and showed the images of the stale vegetables, after 3 hours they reverted back saying we will provide the replacement of few product after 5 hours.

But i was getting late to go our and had to select few of the things my family had breakfast prepared.

Then they e-mailed saying we will send the replacement within 4-7pm.

I waited at home though i had a plan to go outside.

But till 9 no body came to deliver, i called them multiple times but they used to pick my call and disconnect it.

Imagine the same happening to yourself and someone from your family eats this stale vegetables and if something happens to them, eventually "it will" if you cheat people like this.

Please provide the names of all the executives who were involved in this order, any apology is not going to help either o[censored]s.

Urdoorstep is cheating customers like this from time to time, they do false claims they directly deal with farmers but instead they purchase stale/spoiled vegetables from local market and sell it across to people.

When the customers call the "customer care" back you fool them back and ensure that they have to call 15-20 times for followup, finally the customer gets frustrated and gives up.

Urdoorstep is not only a fraud but is also bringing a bad name to other providers, please stop doing that.

You don't have any shame but are a bunch of foolish executives, who like to play around with customers... I wish the judicial system was faster in india.. I would not have given a second thought dragging all of you to consumer court.
