My order no. is[protected] which i place on August 23, 2016 8:09:17 AM and have to cancle it because i was not getting any write answers from their side. cancled it as they were delaying a lot in processing it. Now they are not refunding my amount and making false statement about it.

The most pathetic customer support one can ever see in his life. They won't pick your phone untill you have call 5- 6 times, they dont have answers for your questions.

"urjakart.com" is a online fraud company.

My order Order #[protected] for Rs. 1, 883/- Finolex telephone cables
Payment Authorized, Order Processing

Order Date: October 25, 2016.
More than 3 weeks passed still order is under process.
Their customer care telephone no nobody lifts and and their e-mail support is only automated response
This is my first purchase from this company. I should have checked internet about this company before placing order and make advance payments.
