Sir,

We have bought 4 ceiling fan through them. They have delivered the products which is in defect and not at functioning properly. I am unable to operate any of them. Its smelling burning..We tried twice again with electrician and advise to return this and buy some one as it may cause some other accessories in bathroom. Like can damage glass, Wall paper & sanitary fitting.

Fan is not giving performance properly. Its rpm is very very low. Please resoleve the issue. My number is [protected]. Date of purchase is 25th august 2020 from moglix.com. I am fully unsatisfied with this product.

Need a service person to repair our blower & sucker machine which we purchased few months back but unfortunitely both machines are not in working condition due to some technical problem, all our work is at halt since the machines are not working can u please send someone for repair asap at aayush resort panvel navi mumbai.
All my work is halted now & i need in the urgency to repair both machine

Today and yesterday i was trying to place order for solar india solar panel 100 w 12 v .the cost was rupees 3090 for one and rupees 3033 while ordering for 2 or more .i was trying to place order for 3 numbers but i cant complete the order.At the end of the processes the payment option not geting active.there is nothing more to inform, screen shot of the final stage sending here with

I purchased 2 ceiling fans from urjakart for my room on 6th of march 2018 (Copy of order is enclosed), they delivered only 1 ceiling fan on that too a faulty product (Ceiling fan cap is elliptical in shape, it was supposed to be in round shape - photos attached), after complaining via mails, phones and giving reminders to them, they agreed to take a parcel of 1 delivered ceiling fan back and revert the full money in my account, but on a condition that it must be returned back in the same condition as it was packed n delivered to my home, i did have the main box of the fan but i lost the packing of the blades of the fan, hence they did not accept my return by saying a end vendor will not accept half packing and said sorry for non availability of the second product in the market. If they were not sure about the delivery of the second fan why did they take my order, installing two different ceiling fan in the same room doesn't make any sense. Then, i demanded a return of my money of 1 un-delivered ceiling fan, for that they sent me an e-mail on 22nd march that i will get transferred within 5-7 working days, today is the 5th april and i'm still on the same platform, 1 faulty fan with no return of my money for the 2nd ceiling fan, i tried calling them many times, everytime they assure me that someone from their side will call me back on this but till today it is only me who call them, never received a single call from their side. I feel harassed and cheated, not delivered the same product what they promised and now what will i do with this single fan, it is of no use to me.
Now today they are saying the transaction which they initiated on 22nd march went unsucessful, they will do it again

In-efficient, liars, cheaters are the smallest words for them

I purchased a jigsaw tool from urjakart. First of all these cheaters do not have a proper ordering method, when you purchase any item it may takes weeks for them to place a order.

I also went through frustration of getting my order placed. When i received the product, i found it damaged, the base plate war bend. I immediately called to their customer care no for replacement. From this point i came to know how this the company is cheating people. They do not have a proper customer care team. Their is one lady name preeti who is always picking up the phone. Initially she told me that mail all the details with photographs to their support email address, this is a big fool because nobody will respond to these emails. I send all the photos of damaged part but no body responded to the email. I called again to the number same lady (Preeti) picked she told the replacement is approved and i will get product pickup next day. My god the next day did not came for three days. I called several times during this period one day their sales person manoj talked to me he offered me a refund of rs400 for the damaged items. I thought it is better to keep the product as they may not replace also. I agreed for refund of rs400, but i didnot think these people are still fooling me.

Rest of the story is frustration only they. They are even not picking up my phone. Till date no refund is made.

I had ordered some tools from urjakart.com (Order #[protected]. The order was placed and the transaction was successful made via paytm (Txn id - [protected]). I also received the invoice and payment confirmation email from urjakart.com and paytm. When after 30 days the product was not shipped i called and inquired. The company representative told me the won't be able to ship the item due to non availability and cancelled it immediately. They told the amount would be refunded within a week. It has been 5 months now and even after numorous phone calls and emails they have not yet refunded the money.
Urjakart is absolutely a fraud company. It dosen't even have a single positive review. Many people have submitted similar complaints of non refunds after cancellation.
If you are also a victim of their fraud and want to take legal action against them kindly get in contact so that this scam can be exposed.

I bought one jig saw from Urjakart.com on 2/22017 with Order #[protected] worth rs.1900 . after 1 week they did not ship the item so I tried to call but all their numbers are not accessible. after sending mails to them they replied in whatsapp that product is not available and they will cancel the order and refund the money. till today they did not refund my money and now not responding to any communication. Plz help

I ordered one solar panel system around 10000rs.. i transferred money to them. After one month also they said unable to dispatch.. Then i cancelled the order. They accept the cancellation. But after two months also they didn't transfer my money. WhatsApp number not working.. Emai only they replying sometimes like sorry for inconvenience.. Always they gave same answer sorry for inconvenience.. Please do something against that company..

I placed an order no[protected] for rupees 3, 068 on 6th Januray 2017 on www.urjakart.com which was not processed and cancelled by urjakart themselves on 27th Jan2017. whatsapp response from urjakart promised to refund the money in my bank account in 7 working days but till now no refund.
would appreciate if you can kindly help me in getting the refund asap.

Brought multi meters in July 23 2015, order[protected]
Not working-comes under warranty, We sent them toMumbai( urjakart )customer support as instructed by them..
Now they fraud with us & grab our instruments..
Contact person on that time in Urjakart -Mr. Akash vora, Manoj Yadav. Very Bad experience from Urjakart these exclusives are very careless & dangerous for organization.
Still our 5 Devices are stuck at Urjakart...

Please sent our instruments return back to us...

I orderedd "Soldron 938 Digital Soldering Station (Conical Tip)" costing 3640/- on january 5th 2017. Due to improper communication from urjakart and non availability of the product from urjakart after 11 days of ordering the product, I cancelled the order. They told me to refund the money in 3-5 days. But they haven't refunded me a penny yet. I call them regularly for refund but no one picks the call on customer care. I'm sending them regular reminders for refund via mail. They neither reply to the mail. If you can help me then Please get my hard earned money 3640/- refunded back to me.
