I purchased the product on 4th May 2014 from Best price Agra UP. Requested for demo on 7th may 2014. Service engineer came on 11th May 2014 and found the Masala Jar stacked in the Mixer. He said you have to bring the product to service center. I said that this your duty to take it to your service centre & get it back once its OK. He refused to do so & said it is not my duty. And since then every alternate day I am requesting on Constumer care no to get my problem resolved, but till today that is 19th May 2014 not a single action have been taken.
Now I am planning to go to consumer form to lounge a complain against Usha Company the manufacturer of food processor. Was this information helpful? |
