[Resolved]  Usys Service — got a call after a month after clearing all my dues

I got this online data entry job in october month and as per their guidelines provided in agreement i had completed the work within 15 days. on 10th october 2018 i had submitted the work and on that day i got a call from ASSOCIATE ADVOCATE name RAKESH SHARMA told that i have to 7600 as i had not completed work in the given time and due to QC REPORT failure, else they threatened me saying that legal action may harm me and for that purpose i paid them 7600 through the bank account, and later they said like not to proceed the work again that is as of mistakes again will cause me more cost than now and they suggested me the best way is to cancel the agreement i.e., by paying 13000 to the given account details and i took a credit from my friend and paid them all the money they said and they sent me mails stating that i wont be getting any further calls from their company in future. i have all the evidence with me.
But its been a month, now i got a message that they are sending notice to my address and respond to them within 2 days and i called Rakesh and asked him about this and he replied like i have to go to court in LATUR for 3 months and pay the penalty for the cases they filed on me...
kindly help me with this, , i did this job because to earn money for my studies in chennai as i had bad situation at home and now im in a very bad trouble with no money in hands and getting call from them making me not focusing on my career.
