Usys Services — online home based work

Hello sir / mam,
I got a msg and phone call from a lady named sushma ([protected]) from usys services (Earn by survey) and was informed about form filling data entry work. They said me that i would get an amount of 30, 000. No deposit charges needed & asked to send my id proof i sent my voter id. She gave me a link to activate. I received a mail from them attached the agreement document & acceptance letter. After seeing the attachement again i call back her (Call receiver "sushma") on same day and i told her i am not intrested for your agreement. Please remove my voter id she aswered me don't open your work after received from usys services no legal problem for you. I not opened my work and i am not checking mails.
Today i got amail from a advocate named milind misar that a case is filled against you. Again received a call from usys service to pay rs5400 for not submitting the work ontime and complete your work else close your issue to avoid legal things with usys services...
They have my voter id. Plzz help me i am scared that they will send mails
