Uthaya — Electricity bill not refund to my account but status shows resolved but till not resolving

I am paid electricity bill through mobikwik and unfortunately my electricity bill transection failure at that same time Rs770 debited my bank account so I aries quoiries to mobikwik, it's seem status resolved given quories id, and also history report shows refund from electricity and build my mobikwik account mobile number but nobody not refund amount put my mobikwik mobile wallet and at that same time not refund amount put my bank account.
