I had applied for correction of full Name on 26th Nov 2021 with phsyical verification and documents with Coupon no. Q[protected] and submitted the documents to Belapur office through courier. Then i mailed on utiitsl.[protected]@utiitisl.com on 15th Dec 2021 for acknowledgement but till the date i have not recieved a single revert on it.
While online the Status of pan application i came to know that my application is on withheld due to insufficient of documents required for name correction though i have submitted the copy of my passport and adhar card which was asked while applying for the same.
Then on 8th Feb 2022 i again submitted the "Annexure A along with photocopy of Signing Authority to Belapur office through Courier and it was recieved by them as acknowledge with courier.
According to me, i submitted the supporting documents as required by the PAN PDC Team to process the PAN Card.
On daily basis, i keep checking the status of PAN card but tilll the date it gives the same msg that your application is withheld due to insufficien documents.
I have also mailed the above matter to email id: utiitsl.[protected]@utiitsl.com along with copies of the documents i submitted through courier and they were least bothered to aknowledge the reciept.
I tried reaching to them through customer support number :[protected] several times but i gets only one line will see to it that query will gets solved and then asks to me to put in a mail.
After waiting almost 30 mins on hold for this kind of answer does it make a sense??
on 15th Feb 2022 after i calling them many times they issued a ticket number 261380 to resolve my query but it remains the same.
Its part of Stautory Compliance and manadatory for every individual without which one gets stucks.
Literally i am following them every day twice on calls for which they puts me on hold for 20-30 mins and mails but still nothing i got from them stating that your application is rejected due to insufficient documents.
I have checked with them to give a senior person number or mail to get it sorted but no appriopate response expect call on customer number and wait to get connected then ask the executive to pitch me to senior person.
It is highly redicilous been innocent i am getting this kind of treatment.
My only request is to get PAN Card corrected.
