So I applied for update of my pan card details with coupon no Q[protected]
There was issue with my name and my father's name which got updated after providing the documents and I got my e pan card but I required so I applied for reprint of pan card with coupon no Q[protected] and it's again showing that my name and my father's name is not updated so I talked to your customer care and I provided the details again but today it is 15 days...

Sir/madam my name is Mithu Paul, my application no. Q[protected] and date of birth is 20/05/1981 i have applied for pan card correction and fill the application form myself for online changes. I applied for a PAN card correction through UTI Infrastructure Technology and Services Limited(UTIITSL) and paid the prescribed application fee. However, due to unavoidable reasons, I was unable to submit the required physical documents within the stipulated time and location is far to my hometown.
I request the concerned company to kindly process and refund the amount paid by me at the earliest....

I applied for PAN correction through UTIITSL online portal.
After making the payment, my application was not accepted.

I contacted their support but no response.
Requesting refund of the amount paid....

I attempted to make the payment for my PAN application. However, after the first payment was deducted from my account, the website did not reflect the successful payment status. Assuming the transaction had failed, I made the payment again. Unfortunately, the amount was deducted twice, but I was still unable to proceed further with the application process.

After make payment, there were some errors came in your web Site and after that NO payment details...

I had filed for changes in my mother's PAN by using Aadhar details and everything processed fine until i made the payment but then without offering any explanation they showed me my request was rejected, the website wasn't loading anymore and no mention of how why and the refund. I want my refund for Rs.106.90 regarding the same....

I have made payment for my Pan application on 26 July 2023 at 8:43 Pm.
Payment was successful amount also debited from my Bank account but transaction was faild to my Pan application form vide application no -N[protected]. Please refund the PanCard application fee as soon as possible. Screenshot attached below.

I applied for the name correction on the website. Until you pay the form the web site is live. Once the payment was done. Application and site is showing server down and once you refresh showing new application. if there is no application or reference Number was send to our mobile number or E-mail id why they are taking to much information from us. Biggest scam site. Don't loose your money....

I had applied for a name change so that I can process all other documents with the updated PAN. This is urgent as I have to file taxes as well.

I have been trying to apply for the Instant E-PAN using adhaar based esign generation. However after i made the payment successfully, the esign generation fail is occurring repeatedly even if i give proper OTP i get on the Adhaar linked mobile number. Kindly let me know how can this be resolved. Do i need to reapply through other website? Will my amount be refund?
