Dear sir

I had applied for new pan no vide application coupon number u - n[protected] in the month of 12th june 2017 but till date i have not received my pan card. Whereas online status is showing your application is processed successfully pan [ dyopm7763k ] is allotted.

Please look into the matter as i required my pan no. Urgently for the purpose of my bank transaction.

Respected sir/madam.
I don't know how to resubmit my documents for pan card since my pan card has been withheld for aadhar proof submission. I had already submitted all required documents for a new pan card . I kindly request to give me clear information about the resubmission process.
