Uti Infrastructure Technology & Services Limited [Utiitsl] — PAN correction application failed. Money refund needed

I have applied for name change in PAN through UTIITSL and after deducting money it didn't go for eSign but instead said ekyc failed. When I try to track application it says no record found. I have seen multiple people including my brother saying that they paid money 106rs only to lose them with no purpose. I wonder how many people are being scammed by this. Refund my money back.
