Most humbly I bring this matter to your kind notice.
Customer number 1434. APARAJITA BHARATGAS, Bhubaneswar.
Booking reference number 34257233 dated 29th March, 2013.
Status as on 3rd May 2013, 11:21 hours: "P".
Complaint lodged on telephone number[protected]. The official tells that customer should lodge complaint if delivery is not made within one month. How am I supposed to know that? Earlier, the agency refused to deliver cylinder within one month of booking.
Previous occassion:
Booking reference number 31225972 dated 14.01.13. Showed delivered on 23.01.13. On enquiry, the agency said door was locked. Does that mean cylinder delivered? Delivery van comes to my resedential complex at least once in a week. Complaint lodged on telephone number[protected] on 28.01.13. Got delivery on 29.01.13.
The agency or the service people are desperately taking risk for some additional income by falsely showing delivery or delaying the delivery. This practice should be curbed immediately by taking strong action before it becomes a menace.

gas — Delay in gas refill delivery
I had booked gas refill on 13/09/08, and still waiting for my refillEvery time I called got one response “You will receive your refill next day”.
Is there any one to take action against this delay in delivering refill?
I had taken Connection from Excel Gas Service Vashi (New Mumbai)
