[Resolved]  Southco, Berhampur — Officials not accepting the Written Complaint, and harassing by sending incorrect bills from Sep 2012

This is to bring in to your Notice that, My Parents have continuously been harassed by the Southco Officials billing department Berhampur, Ganjam, Orissa - 760 004 .

The Southco Official billing in-charge Berhampur has not been accepting any Written complain of meter issue & also the billing issue from my Parents.Since Last September 2012 . My parents are going through a lot of tension because of the harassment & abusive language by the Berhampur Southco officials.

The issue has been started since September 2012, There was an unusual meter reading of 634 units because of the meter defect. My Parents complained about the issue to the Officials, But our complained was not accepted in written as the October 2012, bill was correctly read.

Again in the month of November the Meter reading jumped by more than 1 lakh units, Hence the Officials changed the meter. Now since December 2012, My parents have been paying the bill incremental from reading '0'.
