I am Akul Bairagi a consumer of TPSODL Umerkote area my consumer no[protected] meter reader employee is not taken in timely meter reading so I couldn't get any bill through him. So I am couldn't paid the bill amount in timely.

    Today i recieved the eBill and amount is 1527 RS..Last month it was RS 110 ..its a home where no one lives and all the electronic devices are switched off...last payment date is 22nd june so please solve my problem as soon as possible

      Hi southco,

      I am a software engineer working in mumbai, due to lockdown I came to my hometown as my company allowed me for working from home. But unfortunately I am almost going to lose my job because of poor electricity facility in town. Berhampur is so unlucky to have southco electricity with us. Nobody ever responded to phone call of southco. Almost everyday facing powercut due to what I could not able to finish my work. I live in Bijipur Berhampur. Manager already warned me to get to mumbai, but due to this serious pandemic situation I can't. I have to put resign due to that. All credit goes to SOUTHCO such a poor provider. I wish all the lazy workers of Southco once will face what I. Facing now. That why Odisha has been called as a poor state. Due to our poor service people. Useless service. Useless employees. I have written a huge mail regarding the same to cmo & dm. I don't think so anybody will be there to see this or not. Only you guys know unnecessary powercut anytime you want.

        I am a consumer of your esteemed company Due to renovation of your deptt, service wire connections and installation of new poles were carried out. I have 6 domestic connection in the same house Previously, the connections were safe but I was advised that cable wires of all connections are to be replaced as they are damaged .Hence, the concerned contractors and linemen connected the same wire with an advice to re;port the matter to JE/SDO I lodged the complaint on the second week of March, 2021 But no site visit or replacement has been done. I went to Meet JE today who was perhaps on field duty. I met SDO, On seeing SHOUTED AT ME WHO ARE YOU He saw the complaint on my hand . Due to change of connection from old to new poles, the connecting cables pass through live coconut trees and also passes over head and are within easy reach of of hands of any one SINCE LAST 60 YEARS, I NEVER REMINDED BUT THIS INCIDENT MADE ME FEEL HARASSED . I came back without submitting the reminder . Kindly advise your SDO Jeypore to be polite with consumers and with senior citizens in particular

          Disconnect power supply with my knowledge due to bill pending with out any notice on 26/11/20, and i have already paid my bill on sameday, but not connect power before 4days,
          I humble request to you, please connect my power supply as soon as possible..

            Voltage fluctuations are seen in Braja nagar 3rd lane extension Berhampur since yesterday. From today morning, everything started working slow starting from light and fans. This is a very emeryency case in this hot environment. At this point, nothing is working in our home. Neighbours also complained the same. Please solve this problem as soon as possible.

              This complaint is about disconnection of supply (Customer Id- D34D1/157, Name- Dhoba Raulo). The unit meter was defected earlier and we had verbally intimated approx. 3 times for the replacement but no departmental service had been given. One day the billing team came to cross check and found it was defected then penalized 10, 000.00(Ten Thousand Rupees) signed by my younger sister in absence of any elder member of my family and probably 10 days before, they cut off the supply against the pending bill . They enforcing us to pay the total bill with penalty amount otherwise the connection will not be provided. Isn't it a governance misuse and scam? Please make an early solution in this regard.

                Officials not accepting the Written Complaint, and harassing by sending incorrect bills from Sep 2012

                This is to bring in to your Notice that, My Parents have continuously been harassed by the Southco Officials billing department Berhampur, Ganjam, Orissa - 760 004 .

                The Southco Official billing in-charge Berhampur has not been accepting any Written complain of meter issue & also the billing issue...
