We are not getting any cylinder in spite booking it thorugh the IVR system you have launched . Also we try to reach your contact numbers but no person picks the phone, always busy tone. We have finished our cylinder from last week and we are managing food from outside. My family members are not getting food on proper time due to this . I am common man of India but will show the power of the common man .I will surely escalate your Agency Urmil Gas Agency to the Media for the poorest services you people are providing to your customers . My booking reference numbers for which the cylinders are not delivered are : 83158681 85421970 87230171 I am highly worried if any of my fmaily memebers fall ill and then I will make sure to make your agency shut down with my powers of words to the press. Mind this thing in your head and I will make ensure for the worst for you in such case .
