Purchased a UTL solar inverter (Model GAMMA Plus) on 10 Aug 2020. Company has given two years onsite warranty. Inverter got faulty on 10 Jun 2022. Company claims that it is committed to provided service within 24 hours. But my product is still faulty. When I raised this issue before head office of the company. They intimated that the my product will be repaired/replaced with old which was removed from other device and now repaired. They denied to replace new card. I intimated that my product is under warranty soyou have to replace new part to make it functional but they denied. Such attitude of the company official has made me suffered till a long time. The company should be penalized appropriately for such attutitude and not providing the service on time.
