I have purchased one battery from UTL at battery it was written 60 months warranty but within 36 months battery stopped working when I raised complaint they denying to replace it.

Purchased a UTL solar inverter (Model GAMMA Plus) on 10 Aug 2020. Company has given two years onsite warranty. Inverter got faulty on 10 Jun 2022. Company claims that it is committed to provided service within 24 hours. But my product is still faulty. When I raised this issue before head office of the company.
