I am extremely disappointed with my experience with UTL Solar. I purchased a UTL solar inverter expecting reliable performance and proper after-sales support. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory.
I have faced issues with my solar system, including problems with monitoring and generation data. I have already requested a replacement, but I am still waiting for a satisfactory resolution.
A solar inverter is a significant investment for any household. Customers should not have to repeatedly follow up with a company for a product that is expected to work reliably.
