I have an UTL Solar Inverter with Model Number HL-4000, DC Voltage-48VDC. I have an issue regarding the heating system and, as I notice, the fan is not working properly. A beep is heard from the inverter repeatedly, and a red light is shown continuously when the inverter works on electricity. The beep sound is so irritating and disturbs me. And there is a problem with charging too.
As I noticed, I mentioned, the electrician took away all the equipment as per convenience.

My inverter not working it's only one year old....

Not connected to utl ups system

Purchased a UTL Solar Inverter (Model Gamma Plus) on 10 Aug 2020 with two years onsite warranty. Since the date of purchase it is not working properly. Lodged a numerous complaints in past also. Every time company service engineers takes minimum 10 days to visit and repair the equipment with a serviceable card which was removed from other equipment and repaired by the company. Pertinent to mention here that repairable card does not last even for 2-3 days and the equipment again got faulty. It has been my bad experience since purchase of this equipment. Now the company has denied that they will not repair the equipment with fresh/new card. A complaint was lodged on 10 Jun 2022 and no one visited till date for repairing. Company is willingly causing embarrassment to me for which they must be penalized appropriately.

My ups not a given power backup properly.

Many time due to complaint but no have any solution regarding inverter damaged ..part changes nd some days also damaged..within 1 year I have many complaint but no have any solution..
