UTS Global — Amount has been deducted from bank but season ticket not showing

I have booked season ticket for 825/- from Ambivli to Ghatkopar on 5th June 2023. Money deducted from bank successfully but in UTS app it is not showing as booked.

Kindly help...

UTS Global — Uts R wallet recharge not reflecting

I hav done a recharge of 300 rs in UTS R wallet via UPI Option, money got deducted from my bank account but I am not able to see the amount in R WALLET.

Kindly look into the issue and resolve asap....
