    Amount has been deducted from bank but season ticket not showing

    I have booked season ticket for 825/- from Ambivli to Ghatkopar on 5th June 2023. Money deducted from bank successfully but in UTS app it is not showing as booked.

    Uts R wallet recharge not reflecting

    I hav done a recharge of 300 rs in UTS R wallet via UPI Option, money got deducted from my bank account but I am not able to see the amount in R WALLET.

    Kindly look into the issue and resolve asap....

      Money debited but ticket not issued

      Dear UTS team,

      I have booked a Railway ticket (Western Railway) from Bhayander to Dadar Station Return Journey for AC EMU local but the amount was debited from my account and the ticket was not issued in the app. Request you to issue/reverse a refund to my account immediately.                     I have taken admission for mba - it in your adtu (Uts global) from your adtu under urs global pune.. I have completed the fees but now i thought there is no center in pune location, i don't have any contact number of the office. They didn't contact us before close or shift baner/sus pune office. Now i want to reactivate my course and want to complete it. Please provide me the correct address and contact number with a detailed procedure complete.                     If they do not want to provide me my course PGDBA + MBA- IT . I want to return my fees or provide me my full course plus training, exams and certification if their courses are running currently.

                      I did my rechatge today on the uts app of indian railways the recharge was successful from paytm merchant app but when i checked my rwallet it still had the same balance of rs. 15. It is still showing that the recharge is initiated however i had made the full paymebt of rs 100. Kindly respond to the complaint as soon as poosible. My user id is : [protected]

But until now, i haven't received any response. I tried to contact their support but all numbers are not working. My student id is not working to check the portal as well.

                          Had enrolled for the pgdba + mba dual course through adtu, i haven't got the certificate for the mba yet, please help me with this situation. I've paid all the fees, completed all assignments and finished all exams successfully. I have called them many times & written many emails to various support teams of mit, adtu and uts but there was no respond to my calls & emails. If i do not receive the certificate for the mba, then this is a case of cheating and fraud. I have been begging for this issue to be resolved since november. I'm looking for answers.                             My name is Rajeev, presently working in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and I am submitting this compliant for your kind attention.

                            During my enquiry to get an Online Executive MBA from UGC Approved University, I was contacted from Universal Training Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (UTS) Pune, Maharshtra-411021 by their Course Counselors Mr.Venkatesh Murugan (Mobile No.+91-[protected] email: [protected]@voudistance.com) and Mrs.Viji Nair (Mobile No.[protected] e-mail: viji.[protected]@ksouodl.com) and subsequently they have offered me UGC Approved Online Executive MBA course. Their e-mail communications are attached herewith for your reference. These people convinced me that a lot of NRIs are their students and they are getting their course completed on time from the UGC Approved University. Mr. Venkatesh Murugan and Mrs. Viji Nair contacted me several times through e-mail. Also they contacted by Saudi Arabia mobile through telephone calls and Whatsup message to join the EMBA.

                            As advised by the above Course Counselors from UTS, on July 20, 2015 along with my application and I have remitted Rs. 32, 500 (Rupees Thirty Two Thousand Five Hundred only) through online transfer to the SB Account o[censored]niversal Training Solutions (UTS), Pune (Axis Bank Kothrud, Pune) Branch from my Account as the full payment of course fee. Initially they have collected my application and course fee for the admission to Online EMBA in Infrastructure and Construction Management from Venkateswara Open University and after a couple of days they informed that there is some difficulty in getting admission to the Venkateswara Open university and therefore they have transferred my application to the Online Executive MBA from Karnataka State Open University (KSOU) with specialization in Operations Management. After that I received course materials (text books) to my home address in Kerala and I completed all my online assignments during 2015 and early 2016. My Student Registration Number is [protected]. The website provided by UTS Team for my online assignment was URL: lms.ksouodl.com.

                            I deeply regret to inform you that during my enquiry with UTS for the online examination date from Karnataka State Open University, they have no satisfactory answer to my queries and their contact persons replied that they are no more working with UTS. Upon my continuous communication with UTS it was realized that I have been trapped by them and they are neither going to continue my course nor return my money. Mr. Venkatesh Murugan provided me another contact number o[censored]TS Support Manager Mr. Arvind (Mob. [protected]) who can help me to get my refund. I was contacting Mr. Arvind regularly through telephone, email and whatsup but I did not get any favorable reply. During August 2017 one of the Student Coordinator from UTS contacted me to send my course fee refund request and accordingly I submitted my course fee refund request to them on 07th Aug. 2017 and until now I did not get my money. Finally I realized that I was cheated by the UTS Team. Sometimes the telephone calls are attended by new people and they are not aware of my case.

                              Hi my name is dijesh kv and my student registration no is [protected]
                              For integrated mba from adtu. I have completed my course last year and since then not been able to connect with any support. Written so many mails to different mail address and tried to contact with support lines but no response and also generated tickets several times for change of address and course certificate.
                              Seems uts is not interested in giving any kind of course certificate once last semester is done they block you for ever.
                              Please look in to this matter i can see in student account login that all of my subjects are clear then don't know what is the problem in providing certificate and why they are taking this much time. Now the login web page is also not opening

                                Had enrolled for the pgdba + mba dual course through mit. And got done with my 4th semester very soon, i received a certificate from uts, but it just states pgdba through mit. I was promised a certification from assam downtown university for the mba. That was the sole reason why i selected mit and this course. The course i enrolled for was pgdba + mba. I haven't got the certificate for the mba yet, please help me with this situation. On the uts portal my profile shows as course completed. I've paid all the fees, completed all assignments and finished all exams successfully. I have raised many tickets through their support teams and written emails to various support teams of mit, adtu and uts. All they keep saying is that they have forwarded my details to adtu and are waiting for details from them. If i do not receive the certificate for the mba, then this is a case of cheating and fraud. I'm looking for answers. Please help.

                                I'm Debojit Halder, user ID is [protected], was trying to recharge my uts R wallet amount of 100/- two times using paytm.
